1. About the platform

- Operator
- [Company legal name]
- Commercial registration (CR) number
- [CR number]
- Registered address
- [Registered address in the Kingdom]
- Contact email
- Contact form
We are not an employer, a recruitment agency or a party to any employment agreement made through the platform.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
- The information you give must be true, accurate and kept up to date. Each person may hold one job seeker account.
- Keep your password and verification codes secret. You are responsible for activity on your account, and you must tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Job seekers
- When you apply to a job, you ask us to send your application and CV to that employer. The employer decides on hiring, not us.
- External listings are shown with their source and are applied for on the source website under its own terms.
- No genuine employer on the platform should ask you to pay to apply or to be hired. Report any such request to us.
4. Employers
- Employers must complete company verification with valid registration documents before publishing jobs, and may publish only real vacancies they are authorized to fill.
- Job listings must be accurate and must comply with the Saudi Labor Law, localization (Saudization) rules and other applicable regulations.
- Listings must not discriminate unlawfully or ask candidates for fees, and must not be used to collect data for any purpose other than recruitment.
- Employers may use applicant data only to assess candidates for their own vacancies, must protect it in line with the PDPL, and must not sell or pass it on. Each employer is responsible for its own processing of applicant data.
- Jobs are reviewed before publication and may be edited, rejected, suspended or removed if they break these terms.
5. Plans and fees
Job seekers use the platform free of charge. Employers on the free plan may keep up to 5 active jobs at a time. Paid plans, advertising and other paid services, if offered, are governed by the prices and terms shown when you order them.
6. Prohibited use
You must not:
- post false, misleading, fraudulent or fake job listings or profiles;
- harass, threaten or deceive other users, or ask them for money or personal documents outside a genuine recruitment process;
- post content that is unlawful, offensive, contrary to public order or that infringes the rights of others;
- copy, scrape or harvest listings or user data by automated means without our written permission;
- attempt to access accounts or systems without authorization, upload malware or interfere with the platform, which may also be an offence under the Anti-Cyber Crime Law.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you upload, such as your CV, company profile and job listings. You give us a non-exclusive licence to host, display and send it as needed to run the platform, for as long as it remains on the platform. You confirm you have the right to share it.
8. Our rights in the platform
The platform, its design, software, name and logo belong to the operator or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not use them without our written permission.
9. Suspension and closing accounts
We may suspend or close an account, or remove content, if these terms or the law are broken, or to protect users and the platform. Where possible we will tell you the reason. You may stop using the platform and ask us to close your account at any time.
10. No guarantee
We work to keep listings trustworthy, but we do not guarantee employment, a response from an employer, or the accuracy of every listing or profile. The platform is provided as it is and may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for decisions made by employers or job seekers, or for the content of external websites. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the laws of the Kingdom.
12. Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these terms. رازداری کی پالیسی
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. If a change is significant we will tell registered users in advance. Continuing to use the platform after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law and language
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of the Kingdom. These terms are available in Arabic and English; if the two versions differ, the Arabic version prevails.
